Homemade Tomato Sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a 9-inch skillet.
- Add diced onion and sauté until soft, about 10 minutes.
- Add sliced cherry tomatoes, water, sliced garlic, oregano, chili powder, and salt.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until tomatoes are soft and beginning to fall apart.
- Serve the sauce.
