Instructions
- Sauté olive oil in the Instant Pot and add sausage and onion.
- Mix in bay leaves, red pepper flakes, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cook until sausage is just done.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and smoked paprika; stir and simmer.
- Add diced sweet potatoes, seal the pot, and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before venting the remaining steam.
- Open the lid and stir in kale, allowing it to wilt.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve with crusty bread.
