Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the peach filling ingredients and mix well, then pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake the peach filling for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the biscuit topping ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and drop spoonfuls of the biscuit topping onto the peaches.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let the cobbler cool for 5 minutes before serving.
