Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Steam the pumpkin until tender and let it cool completely.
- Mix all the filling ingredients together and transfer to the baking dish, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the biscuit topping by whisking together the dry ingredients, then adding the egg, melted butter, and heavy cream and mixing until combined.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and scoop portions of the biscuit topping over the filling.
- Bake again for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cobbler sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
