Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a deep ceramic pie dish.
- Fill the dish with about 6 cups of fresh peeled sliced peaches.
- In a food processor, puree the walnuts, almond meal, arrowroot flour, ghee or coconut oil, coconut sugar, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- Crumble the topping mixture over the peaches.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
