Ingredients

The fruit

  • 6 pieces fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

The topping

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup arrowroot flour
  • ¼ cup ghee or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a deep ceramic pie dish.
  3. Fill the dish with about 6 cups of fresh peeled sliced peaches.
  4. In a food processor, puree the walnuts, almond meal, arrowroot flour, ghee or coconut oil, coconut sugar, sea salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Crumble the topping mixture over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
