Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the peaches, ½ cup sugar, and cornstarch or arrowroot, then pour into the baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, remaining ½ cup sugar, baking powder, sea salt, almond milk, and butter until moist.
- Dollop the topping over the peaches and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
