Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough by mixing warm water, yeast, and honey, then let it sit until foamy.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F and roast the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 20-25 minutes.

- Once the cauliflower is roasted, toss it with buffalo sauce.
- Prepare the pizza dough by dividing it into two balls and rolling them out into desired shapes.
- Spread buffalo sauce on the dough, then layer with cheddar, fontina, roasted cauliflower, and gorgonzola.
- Bake the pizzas for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Top with green onions, cilantro, and drizzle with the chipotle avocado sauce before serving.
