Instructions
- Cook the sweet potatoes until soft, then remove the skins and mash them with butter and almond milk.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the onion, celery, garlic, ground beef, and tomato paste until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the peas, salt, pepper, and thyme, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread the mashed sweet potatoes over the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the topping is browned.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
