Grilled Shrimp Salad with Orange, Endive, and Radicchio

Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt, drizzle with oil, and mix with garlic and lemon juice.
- Prepare the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and spray it.
- Grill the shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Transfer the shrimp to a bowl to cool.
- Toss in the orange sections, remaining lemon juice, arugula, endive, and radicchio.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, add salt and black pepper, and serve.
