Grilled Shrimp Avocado Fennel and Orange Salad

The vinaigrette

Instructions
- Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, shallots, salt, and pepper in a container and shake to mix.
- Reserve ½ cup of the vinaigrette for the salad and pour the rest over the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper; let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for about 1½ minutes per side until cooked through.
- Divide the greens among four plates and top with fennel, oranges, avocado, and shrimp.
- Drizzle with the reserved vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper to taste.
