Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly and toss with salt, letting them sit to release liquid.
- Drain or pat dry the cucumbers.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained cucumbers with chopped dill, mint, and sliced onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, pepper, honey, and olive oil until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently stir to combine.
