Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line two half sheet pans with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all granola ingredients and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour the syrup over the granola mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared pans.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, stirring once or twice and rotating pans halfway through.
- Allow the granola to cool completely on the pans without stirring, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
