Instructions
- Blend the drained silken tofu, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave.
- Add the melted chocolate to the blended tofu mixture and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then divide into serving cups.
- Chill for at least 1 hour until set.
- Serve with optional toppings like coconut whipped cream and fresh berries.
