Ingredients

The base

  • 12 ounces soft silken tofu
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

For serving

  • to taste coconut whipped cream
  • to taste fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Blend the drained silken tofu, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the blended tofu mixture and blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then divide into serving cups.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour until set.
  6. Serve with optional toppings like coconut whipped cream and fresh berries.
