Pineapple Jam

Instructions
- Drain the canned pineapple slices and squeeze out excess liquid, then blend until mushy.
- If using fresh pineapple, remove the skin, cut into pieces, and blend until mushy.
- Transfer the blended pineapple to a deep non-stick pan, add sugar and cloves, and stir well.
- Cook over medium to low heat until most liquid evaporates and the jam turns golden.
- Stir constantly to avoid burning and adjust sweetness with more sugar if needed.
- Remove and discard the cloves, then let the mixture cool in the fridge.
