Instructions
- Peel and slice the yams or sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
- Combine the chopped yams, orange juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in the Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release.
- Add the butter and stir gently to combine, then transfer the yams to a serving dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows if desired, and serve hot.
