Instant Pot Candied Yams

Instructions
- Add water and a rack/trivet to the Instant Pot.
- Scrub the yams and pierce holes in them, then place them in the pot on the rack.
- Close the lid, lock it, and set the Steam Release Knob to Sealing.
- Select Pressure Cook for 20 minutes on High Pressure.
- While cooking, cream together 4 tablespoons of butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Prepare a pie plate or baking dish.
- After cooking, let the pot naturally release pressure for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining steam.
- Remove the yams and place them in the baking dish.
- Preheat the broiler to 350°F.
- Scrape the skins off the yams and mash them.
- Mix in the butter mixture with the mashed yams.
- Dot with remaining butter and spread mini marshmallows on top.
- Broil for 5-10 minutes until marshmallows are browned.
