Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch round springform pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and buttermilk, alternating between them.
- Fold in the diced apples and transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
- Prepare the streusel topping by mixing the ingredients and sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then unmold and drizzle with the glaze before serving.
