The topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13"×9" glass pan.
- In a stand mixer, combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, vegetable oil, salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and nutmeg until mixed.
- Set aside 1 ½ cups of the mixture for the topping.
- In the small bowl with the reserved mixture, add chopped pecans and cinnamon, and mix until combined.
- In the stand mixer, add milk, egg, baking soda, and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, toss the diced apples with 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Fold the apples into the batter and pour it into the prepared pan.
- Spread the pecan crumble topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
