Instructions
- Mix all frosting ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cupcake tin with 12 liners, lightly spraying them with cooking spray.
- Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine the wet ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
