Instructions
- Simmer Guinness in a saucepan until reduced to 2/3 cup, then cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare muffin pans with liners.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then combine.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter and bake for 19-22 minutes.
- Cool cupcakes completely before frosting.
- Prepare the buttercream by mixing the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes as desired.
