Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- In a standing mixer, combine milk, oil, vanilla, eggs, and Greek yogurt, mixing until frothy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until incorporated.
- Add the Guinness beer and mix for one minute until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, sift powdered sugar on top before serving.
