Stout Chocolate Brownies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F and prepare a 9" x 9" baking pan with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- 2. Bring the stout to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes until reduced to ¼ cup. Set aside to cool.
- 3. Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally until melted.
- 4. Pour the melted chocolate into a medium bowl and cool slightly. Mix in the sugar, vanilla, salt, and stout.
- 5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined before adding the next egg.
- 6. Fold in the flour and pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- 7. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 2 hours or overnight for best cutting.
