Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, greasing it well with butter.
- Melt the bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate with the butter over a bain-marie, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let the chocolate mixture cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick and light-colored.
- Add salt, vanilla, and cocoa powder to the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
- Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Sift the flour over the batter and whisk to combine.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating halfway, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
