Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, buttermilk, Baileys, coffee, neutral oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- For the frosting, beat the butter, powdered sugar, and salt until fluffy.
- Add Baileys to the frosting and beat until well combined.
