Baileys Hot Chocolate

The hot chocolate

chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate

milk

Baileys or any Irish cream liqueur
Optional toppings

whipped cream

fudge sauce
Instructions
- Combine sugar and cocoa powder in a small pot.
- Add water and heat over medium heat, whisking until mixed.
- Add chocolate and stir until fully melted.
- Whisk in milk slowly and heat until steaming, avoiding a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in Baileys.
- Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and fudge sauce if desired.
