Instructions
- Combine water and all other ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- If using a high-speed blender, use the 'hot soup' setting to heat the mixture.
- If not, transfer the mixture to a saucepan and whisk over medium-low heat until heated through.
- Serve as a dip or drizzle over nachos, burritos, or steamed veggies.
