Instructions
- Combine refried beans, cumin, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the bean mixture in the center of each tortilla, add cheese, and fold the tortilla in half.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the tacos in the skillet for about 3 minutes until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove tacos and let them drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
- Add desired toppings and serve.
