corn tortillas or lower sodium whole wheat tortillas, toasted

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet to medium and sauté the beans for 2-3 minutes, mashing them with a fork.
- Transfer the mashed beans to a bowl and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in the taco seasoning ingredients and fold in the mashed beans.
- Serve the taco meat in toasted tortillas topped with cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
