Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel and remove the towel from the pan.
- Combine the spices in a bowl and sprinkle them over the chickpeas, drizzling with olive oil, then toss to coat.
- Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
