Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the oven racks in the top and bottom thirds.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
- Divide the chickpeas between two large rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake the chickpeas, shaking the pans occasionally and rotating them after 20 minutes, until they are browned and crisp, about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
