Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas.
- Place the chickpeas on a lined sheet pan.
- Mix canola oil and Tabasco sauce, then drizzle over the chickpeas and stir to coat.
- Roast the chickpeas for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and season with kosher salt and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
