Ingredients

The chickpeas

  • 2 15 ounce cans chickpeas

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco Original Red Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas.
  3. Place the chickpeas on a lined sheet pan.
  4. Mix canola oil and Tabasco sauce, then drizzle over the chickpeas and stir to coat.
  5. Roast the chickpeas for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and season with kosher salt and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
