Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry.
- Add the chickpeas to a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Toss the chickpeas to coat them evenly and spread them out on the sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then check and remove any dark brown pieces.
- Shake the pan and continue baking for another 10 to 20 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
