Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then dry them thoroughly using a kitchen towel.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl, toss with salt, and add any additional seasonings.
- Spread the chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
