Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

chickpeas (15 ounces), rinsed and drained, or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas
The seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chickpeas dry and discard any loose skins.
- Spread the chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes.
- After roasting, turn off the oven and let the chickpeas rest inside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and any optional seasonings.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in a sealed bag.
