Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Drain, rinse, and dry the canned chickpeas thoroughly, removing any excess skin.
- Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and let them air dry for about 10-15 minutes.
- Roast the chickpeas for 30-40 minutes, shaking the pan 1-2 times during roasting.
- Remove from the oven, toss with oil and spices, then return to the oven and bake until crunchy, about 10 more minutes.
- Let the chickpeas cool for at least 1 hour to become crunchier.
- Store in an airtight container in a dry place for up to 1 week.
