Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

The oil and seasoning

ground cinnamon and maple syrup

garlic powder and harissa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Rinse, drain, and thoroughly dry the chickpeas using a kitchen towel.
- Place the chickpeas on the baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake the chickpeas for 30 minutes, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
- Test for crispiness, and if desired, add flavourings by tossing them with the chickpeas.
- For extra crispiness, return the chickpeas to the oven, turn it off, and leave the door slightly open for 30 minutes.
