Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet.
- Dry the chickpeas with a towel and optionally remove the skins.
- In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and spices.
- Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm or allow to cool before storing.
