Ingredients

The chickpeas

  • 2 cans (15 ounce) chickpeas

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons spices or finely chopped herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Dry the chickpeas with a towel and optionally remove the skins.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and spices.
  4. Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm or allow to cool before storing.
