Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry.
- Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss the chickpeas to coat them evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or longer for extra crispiness.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, and toss with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
