Ingredients

The filling

  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix (optional)

The wraps

  • cups shredded cheese
  • 6 pieces burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, spinach, bacon, ranch dressing, and dry ranch seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over the center of a tortilla.
  3. Spread filling in a wide strip down the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the other side to seal it.
  5. Heat a griddle or nonstick skillet to medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down on the griddle and cook until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the wraps, spray the top with cooking spray, and cook for another 2-4 minutes until golden and the filling is hot.
  8. Cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
