Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken

  • cups shredded or thinly sliced cabbage
  • cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds

The dressing

  • ¼ cup Major Grey's Mango Chutney
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon cider vinegar
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine chicken, celery, onions, cabbage, cranberries, cilantro, and almonds in a bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chutney, mayonnaise, and cider vinegar.
  3. 3. Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and combine gently.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
