Ingredients

The eggs

  • 1 egg egg

The cooking fat

  • ½-1 teaspoon butter

The seasoning

  • a pinch salt
  • to taste green Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet to just above medium heat.
  2. Add ½-1 teaspoon of butter per egg and melt it, spreading it into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
  3. Crack a cold egg into the melted butter circle and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the whites are solid and opaque.
  5. Gently jiggle a thin spatula under the egg and quickly flip it.
  6. Cook for about 1 more minute and remove from the pan immediately.
