Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Panko (or breadcrumbs), Parmesan cheese, lemon rind, canola oil, pepper, and salt.
- Arrange the asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the asparagus and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice and melted butter.
