Ingredients

The asparagus

  • 2 lbs Asparagus Spears

The coating

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Black Truffle Sea Salt
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Seasoned Breadcrumbs

The egg mixture

  • 3 Large Organic Eggs
  • ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash the asparagus and cut the bottom ends off the spears.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and whipping cream.
  4. Coat the asparagus in all-purpose flour on a baking sheet.
  5. Dip the floured asparagus into the egg mixture to ensure coverage.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix garlic powder, black pepper, black truffle sea salt, parmesan cheese, and panko breadcrumbs, then coat the asparagus in this mixture.
  7. Place the coated asparagus on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes on the top rack, then move to a lower rack for another 6 minutes.
