Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash the asparagus and cut the bottom ends off the spears.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and whipping cream.
- Coat the asparagus in all-purpose flour on a baking sheet.
- Dip the floured asparagus into the egg mixture to ensure coverage.
- In a separate bowl, mix garlic powder, black pepper, black truffle sea salt, parmesan cheese, and panko breadcrumbs, then coat the asparagus in this mixture.
- Place the coated asparagus on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes on the top rack, then move to a lower rack for another 6 minutes.
