Instructions
- Cut off the tops and bottoms of the beets.
- Slice the beets thinly using a mandolin or knife.
- Place the beet slices on baking sheets or dehydrator trays without overlapping.
- Bake or dehydrate the beets at 180°F until completely dried, which may take up to 24 hours.
- Process the dried beet slices in a food processor until they become a fine powder.
- Transfer the beet powder to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
