Instructions
- Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla to the mixing bowl.
- Beat the mixture on low for a few seconds to combine the sweetener.
- Increase the speed to high and blend for 60-90 seconds until stiff peaks form.
- Stop halfway to scrape down the edges of the bowl.
- Be cautious not to overmix, as it can turn into butter.
