Homemade Granola Bars

Instructions
- Chop the dates and apricots in a food processor.
- Add the agave, sunflower butter, and cinnamon, and process until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the cashews, coconut flakes, and oats until combined.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- Chill in the fridge for one hour.
- Slice into 8 to 10 bars and enjoy.
