Instructions
- Blend all crepe ingredients until mixed and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Heat an 8-inch skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter.
- Pour batter into the hot pan while gently rotating it to coat the surface evenly.
- Cook until the edges curl and the crepe loosens, then flip and cook for about 10 seconds.
- Stack the cooked crepes on a parchment-lined baking pan.
- Spread whipped cream over half of a warm crepe, add strawberries and blueberries, then fold and drizzle with syrup.
- Serve 2 stuffed crepes per person.
