Classic Kefta Briouate

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium heat, add the kefta and cinnamon, and cook until browned, about 7 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked kefta to a bowl and drain any excess liquid.
- In the same pan, melt another ½ tablespoon of butter, beat the eggs, and scramble them until fully cooked.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the kefta and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the remaining butter and cut the filo pastry into rectangles.
- Brush a filo rectangle with melted butter, place 3 tablespoons of the kefta mixture on it, and fold to form a triangle.
- Repeat until all filling is used, then place the triangles on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with mint leaves, icing sugar, and cinnamon.
