Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions
- Whisk the spices in a small bowl to blend them together.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, spice blend, chopped garlic, and chopped onions.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shape the seasoned beef into log shapes and skewer them onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Cook the kebabs on a hot grill pan over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on one side.
- Turn the kebabs and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- For the tzatziki sauce, whisk together Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, mint, and salt in a bowl.
- Refrigerate the tzatziki sauce until ready to serve.
- Serve the Beef Kofta Kebabs with tzatziki sauce.
