Instructions
- Mix all kofta ingredients in a bowl by hand.
- Form the mixture into kebabs around skewers.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the kebabs for about 2 minutes without touching them, then turn to brown all sides.
- Remove the cooked kebabs and set aside.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve the kebabs on pita bread with tzatziki and desired garnishes.
